Mô tả Công việc

1. Sales & Market Development

- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with ready-mix concrete plants, contractors, and project owners.

- Promote and sell concrete admixture products in assigned territory or projects.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.

- Monitor project pipelines and follow up on order execution.

2. Technical Support & Solution Selling

- Provide technical consultation on admixture selection, dosage, and application.

- Coordinate with technical/lab teams to conduct product trials and site tests.

- Support customers in resolving concrete quality or performance issues during production and construction.

- Ensure proper product usage in compliance with technical standards.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and technical concerns in a timely manner.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and support repeat business.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Collect and report market information, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to Sales Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.     Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry or related field) or equivalent technical background.

2.     Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales within concrete, admixture, cement, or construction materials industry.

3.     Technical Competencies: Strong technical understanding of oncrete technology and admixture products.

4.     Skills & Ability:

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Ability to work independently and travel frequently across the country.

5.     Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
