Technical Sales (Executive to Account Manager)

• Support the development and execution of defined sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and develop the business further.
• dentify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers in the food and beverage ingredients.
• Identify pain-points and opportunities at given accounts to identify the right solutions, which company can bring to them, so that we can grow together.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally, including R&D, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
• Monitor, record and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and business development.

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology or food sciences, with relevant sales experience in the food and nutrition industry of min. 2 years.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English, verbally and in writing.
• Good time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to find practical solutions efficiently.
• An effective team – player with the ability to travel within Vietnam and internationally as required.
