Technical Service

• Support customers directly at the job site to ensure proper application of PCM products.
• Monitor and guide the coating process to ensure smooth and accurate execution according to company standards.
• Inspect and check sites before, during, and after application to ensure quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues that arise during application.
• Report site issues, feedback, and improvement suggestions to the Technical Manager.
• Coordinate with sales and QA/QC departments to provide solutions for customers.
• Prepare technical reports after each site visit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or relevant fields).

Experience

• Experience in coatings, construction, or site technical support is a plus (fresh graduates accepted).

Skills

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site frequently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English reading/writing is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work under outdoor conditions.
