Product/Systems technical competency:
- Define SGVN local product: Fiber cement, gypsum board and metal frame (FGM) offer to systems & solutions.
- Have deep understand of SGVN’s product / system offer: FGM
- Have a basic understanding for fireproof, acoustic (FGM) or wet area.
- Acts to improve technical competence of yourself include Product, Application & Installation method knowledge and onsite knowledge (case study)
Application competency:
- Understanding & guide installation method comparison to competitors (direct and indirect), tips of market of each system
- Support to selling technical solutions solving the pain point for the Vietnam retail market.
Technical product and solution Development:
- Ensure internal team (MKT, Plant, internal Tech) are equipped fully information about Fiber cement, gypsum board and metal frame product/ application/ installation.
- Product & System test & evaluate following to NPD project
- System/ Application Installation development & Evaluation
- Monitor product specification | standard change & test linked to Operation team
- Competitor’s solution evaluation & benchmarking
- Manage specification of externally manufactured products to ensure the whole system performance (outsourced products)
- Awareness of market needs & competitor’s claim for product / application
Networking:
- Works closely with both the sales team and the product developers, turning customer and MKT ideas into understandable and attractive product or solutions.
- Builds and sustains relationships with a network:
