Technical Specialist

Technical support:
+ Respond to lab operation team/ sales/ customer services (CS)/ clients inquiries or needs promptly and thoroughly

+ Support the Lab to deploy SLIM/StarLIMS
+ Coordinate with other teams or related parties to investigate complaints/ claims, suggest solution for management’s approval, reply to clients and have proper actions to improve the situation

+ Other Tasks: perform Other Tasks assigned by the Technical Manager/ BU Manager

Product Registration and Regulatory Consultant:
+ Label, ingredient review & compliance: review product labels, ingredients (imported and domestic) to ensure compliance with Vietnam's good label regulations and related food safety regulations.

+ Product declaration: prepare, submit, and manage dossiers for product self-declaration or registration of product declaration for food and functional foods.

+ Technical consulting: advise clients on ingredients, nutrition claims, and technical standards to optimize product entry into the market. Monitor and update changes in food laws and circulars to provide timely alerts to clients and internal teams.

+ Authority Liaison: work directly with relevant authorities (VFA, Department of Health, etc.) to handle dossier inquiries and issues.
+ Other Tasks: perform other tasks assigned by the Technical Manager/ BU manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial Food Laboratory relating to technical process
or Regulatory Affairs (RA), product declaration services.

Knowledge: deep understanding of Food Safety Law, labeling regulations, and standards for functional foods, trained or experienced in ISO 17025

Skills:
+ Good English proficiency (reading and translating technical documents).
+ Excellent communication.
+ High attention to detail and organized mindset.

Attitude: proactive, customer-oriented, able to work under high pressure.
