Technical staff - Polymer/Compounding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MCD (TEC & PPV): Negotiate with outside plants, conduct new spec testing, handle IP/MP/standardization paperwork, perform genba check & reporting.
- Improvement & Quality: Report improvement items, manage scrap rework/QC.
- Material Handling: Troubleshoot material issues, complete QPC paperwork with genba check & countermeasure.
- Mixing Work: Perform machine & spec skill tasks including Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.
- Extruder Work: Perform machine & spec skill tasks including Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.
- Calendar Work: Perform machine & spec skill tasks including Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.
- Subsidiary Material Improvement: Utilize advanced material skills for Ppk improvement, spec maintenance, troubleshooting, and MS support.
- Documentation: Create YTVI rules based on test results/YS and update maintenance per YRC rule changes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: College/University degree in Chemistry or Polymer. Graduated from Tech University.
- Language: Intermediate English.
- Experience: 1-2 years in manufacturing/technical environment.
- General Competencies: Honest, teamwork, research ability, presentation skill, willing to work in factory, good analysis.
