Technical Supervisor

1.      Process Technical Supervision

• Issue specifications for mixing and calendaring processes
• Setup and control mixing conditions (NP & FN)
• Monthly mixing data reporting and improvement proposals

2.      Raw Material Quality Management

• Issue raw material appearance standards
• Control and update list of material
• Handle non-conforming materials (disposition)

3.      Material Testing Control

·        Arrange and monitor testing processes according to company standards (PS/YS).

• Issue test specifications and plans
• Prepare and submit test reports

4.      In-Process Material Specifications (IPMS)

• Build IPMS based on YS/PS standards
• Request YRC for IPMS changes when needed

5.      ISO & OHSAS Documentation System

• Maintain ISO/TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 systems
• Keep records for compliance evidence

6.      Other Duties

• Lead quality improvement and cost reduction projects
• Other tasks assigned by superior

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: College or University degree in Chemistry, Polymer, or a related technical field.
• Language: Good English.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in raw material quality or process control (tire/manufacturing industry is a plus)
• Knowledge: Family with ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001
