Technical Support Officer (R&D Processed Meat)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support for customer and sales team in recommending the most suitable and correct usage of company’s products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To often contact and visit customers;

2. To provide solutions for technical problems of customer’s manufacture process during their using our products;

3. To introduce company’s new products and update necessary information of current products to customer;

4. To consult customer about technical usage of company’s products;

5. To define and research technical features of related products in the market;

6. To support and supplement document work which related to product using;

7. Other assignments as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Chemical Sciences and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage
• 5 years in manufacturing or R&D of meat & seafood processing (sausage, spring roll, meat ball, ham, bacon, fish ball, seafood etc…)

Others              :  as follows;

•  Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to operate PC
• Enthusiastic and service minded
• Good customer service, communication and consulting skills
• Hard working and willing to travel
