Technician - Porsche Centre Saigon

Objective:

· To establish and maintain high levels of Porsche customer’s satisfaction by maintaining and repairing cars based on the highest standards of Porsche

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Repairing and maintaining Porsche cars in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures and diagnosis guidelines

· Following Porsche administration process (e.g. detailed documentation of repair work in Porsche online systems)

· Ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity

· Ensuring to meet all targets and KPI’s

· Participating in overseas and in-house training courses and complete online training modules

· Maintenance and care of tools and workshop equipment

· Technical support for Porsche Club events

· Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area

· Ensuring adherence of dealership processes and policies

· Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.

· Other ad hoc assignments and projects

Minimum Qualifications:

· Technical degree holder

· Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies

Requirements and Attitude:

· Minimum 01 year of work experience as Technician

· Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)

· Good English knowledge (written and spoken)

· Good communication skills

· Quality and customer focused approach

· Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
