Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leveraging your persuasive abilities to effectively promote our products and services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering key customer information and understanding their needs to recommend suitable solutions.
• Engage professionally and persuasively with prospects, clearly communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our offerings.
• Follow up on leads consistently, maintaining ongoing communication to nurture relationships and enhance sales conversion chances.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation and necessary follow-up actions.
• Work closely with the sales team by providing qualified leads and valuable insights to support an effective follow-up process.
• Stay informed about product details, industry trends, and competitor offerings to strategically position our products and services in the market.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years experience as a Telesales/Sales/Customer Service
• Working experience in Telesales with Tech/IT Solutions/Logistics industry is highly preferred, but nice to have
• English professional working proficiency
• Resilience and perseverance to do cold-calling and handling rejection in a constructive manner
• Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call centre software.
• Have start-up spirit with constructive and adaptable approach
