Job Description

• Follow closing time on Booking and require SI+VGM from customers
• Submit SI+VGM for Carriers
• Issue Bills & Debit Notes to customers and agents
• Follow Debit Notes/Invoices from carriers/coloaders/vendors, input into systems & submit payment request.
• Check & release EDO for customers
• Proactively solve issues arising with customers/carriers/vendors.
• Ensure service excellence by collaborating closely with operation team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide regular reports to the Operation Manager on a weekly, monthly, annual basis and once required.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the OM & BOD.

Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00~17:00), Saturday (8:00~12:00, 2 times/month)

Job Requirement

• 2~3 experience years in a similar position is preferred
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of Import-Export & Logistics.
• Foreign languages: Good communication is a great advantage; English required
• Good use of office information technology applications;
• Have a high sense of responsibility at work, can work under high pressure;
• Personality: careful, persistent, hardworking, honest, passionate and positive;
