Tóm tắt công việc (Overview of duties) – nêu tổng quát chung về công việc (general overview of the job)

Assign testing for lab based on real sample with client’s requirement, protocol or manual, especially the EE and Toy models/

Chỉ định xét nghiệm cho phòng thí nghiệm dựa trên mẫu thật theo yêu cầu, quy trình hoặc hướng dẫn của khách hàng, đặc biệt mẫu EE và Toy

Trách nhiệm chính (Main Responsibilities) – nêu chi tiết từng mục công việc (details of the job)

-          Receive samples, assign tests for sample according to client’s request/ Nhận mẫu, phân công kiểm tra mẫu theo yêu cầu của khách hàng

-          Log in, log out sample on LIMS system as well as related files/ Đăng nhập, đăng xuất mẫu trên hệ thống LIMS cũng như các file liên quan

-          Take samples at HL, SL Division and outside area assigned by superiors/ Lấy mẫu tại HL, SL Division và khu vực ngoài do cấp trên phân công

-          Take sample photo, record, code and store samples complying with regulations to avoid confusion between samples/ Chụp ảnh mẫu, ghi chép, mã hóa và lưu mẫu theo đúng quy định, tránh nhầm lẫn giữa các mẫu

-          Communicate with relevant parties to clarify test requests, test program/ Trao đổi với các bên liên quan để làm rõ các yêu cầu kiểm tra, chương trình kiểm tra

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):  from 2 - 5 years experience in job related to garment, textile, footwear, toy, or testing service/ Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến may mặc, dệt may, giày dép, đồ chơi hoặc dịch vụ thử nghiệm

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):   Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry/ Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân chuyên ngành Hóa học

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):   English (Reading & Writing)/ Tiếng anh (Đọc & Viết)

Khác (Others)

·       MS Office/ Vi tính văn phòng

·       Communication skill/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp
