Testing Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Cu Chi

Working location: Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park - Cu Chi (Having shutte bus from HCMC, Binh Duong, Thu Duc City)

Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and completing testing projects throughout the product development lifecycle. The role ensures testing activities are conducted according to company standards, project schedules, technical requirements, and customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement of testing capabilities and laboratory operations.

- Follow up assigned testing projects during Pre-TR stage, including test plan review, resource preparation, fixture/equipment readiness, and sample planning.

- Coordinate testing cost, schedule, resource allocation, testing plans, and maintain testing work instructions, methodologies, and test capabilities.

- Follow up assigned projects during TR stage, including TR assignment, sample management, testing setup, execution support, failure tracking, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate technical issues, testing progress, scheduling conflicts, and cross-functional communications during testing activities.

- Review testing data, results, reports, and ensure timely closure of TR upon testing completion.

-  Support testing technology development, laboratory improvement projects, and other assigned Lab or other technical support activities.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

Engineer level: 2–3 years of experience in product testing, reliability testing, quality engineering, or laboratory operations;  Basic understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and testing standards

Senior Engineer level:

- 4+ years of experience in reliability testing, product validation, or laboratory management.

- Proven experience leading medium-to-large testing programs.

- Experience coordinating with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers.

- Experience in troubleshooting test failures and conducting root cause analysis.

Knowledge:

- English communication proficiency in speaking and writing.

- Familiarity with power tools, outdoor products, consumer products, or industrial equipment testing.

- Statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.). FMEA, DOE, 8D, Six Sigma methodologies.

- Project management knowledge.
