- Data management: Data entry, update all the employees’ data on the HR systems (FAST, ILM).
- Employee profiles: ensure all the employees’ profiles are managed properly.
- Payroll: Coordinate with payroll team to ensure smooth Payroll processes (payroll, PIT, SHUI, Trade union).
- Coordinate performance review, training, and employee development activities.
- Labor contract: ensure all the labor contracts are updated, renewed/ terminated timely.
- Decision: prepare all the decisions to pay and other decision under C&B scope.
- Employee benefits: healthcare insurance, annual health check, birthday vouchers, etc…
- HR reports: Support team to complete periodic HR reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) as required by Manager/ Audit/ State agencies.
- HR policies: Review and propose to update the C&B policies annually.
- Support and run HR system smoothly.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
