JOB DESCRIPTION
Generate, expand, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Execute outreach campaigns (cold calling, cold messaging, cold emailing) to introduce solutions and invite prospects to product demos.
Publish market insights and import-export trend analyses in relevant communities to attract potential customers.
Conduct market research and identify potential target industries.
Participate in product demos and assist in capturing customer needs and questions.
Update data in the system and support sales pipeline management.
Learn about product features and value propositions for businesses.
Develop consultative communication skills based on customer needs and handle objections in a B2B environment.
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports as required.
Collaborate with and support other departments as assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred: 3rd or 4th-year students majoring in Business, International Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
No prior experience required; structured training will be provided.
Strong interest in building a career in import-export and global technology.
Quick learner, proactive, growth-oriented, and able to handle pressure and challenges.
Strong ownership mindset, result-driven, and persistent in pursuing opportunities.
Good communication skills, clear articulation, and confidence.
Available to work at least 20 hours/week (Morning: 8:00–12:00; Afternoon: 13:30–17:30; flexible shifts available) or full-time.
Good command of English is a plus.
