1. Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production.
2. Make a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production.
3. Plan & coordinate maintenance downtime with production requirements to maximize equipment availability.
4. Maintain facilities in the first-class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
5. Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs.
6. Make proposals to improve the machines' performance.
7. To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
8. Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
9. Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.

Education: Graduated from University in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: At least 3 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing…preferably in FMCG.
