Tooling Engineer

Work and create 2D & 3D models using CAD/CAM/Rhino software for complex tooling.

Validate and perform mold trials, sole validation, shrinkage validation, and sole part checks.

Track mold lead times, tool changes, and corrections, ensuring reliability, tolerances, structure, and functionality of the tooling technical package.

Monitor mold lead times, tool updates, and adjustments to maintain the reliability, tolerances, structure, and function of the tooling tech package.

Proficient in computer skills, preferably with experience in 2D & 3D CAD/CAM.

Able to work independently on multiple projects with varying priorities.

Excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated, highly driven, creative thinker, a strong team player and motivator, eager to gain experience working with multicultural and multinational teams.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
