1. Establish the manufacturing tooling construction to meet quality design, ensure efficient production, and achieve target pricing.
2. Oversee the sample mold, commercialization, full-size production, lead times, and support the PD team/factory in ensuring timely sample sole delivery.
3. Maintain an updated mold list with all proper documents/invoices, ensuring accurate tracking aligned with internal organization and KEEN headquarters.
4. Assist the commercialization and production teams in technical transfers from sample to production and arrange for the repair of worn tooling to restore it to productive condition.
5. Provide tooling investment proposals for approval and share mold productivity information with relevant parties, internal teams and KEEN headquarters.
6. Confirm molds through standard process.
7. Maintain records of mold and outsole information and inventory.
Technical Issue Resolution:
Address technical issues related to mold and outsole across all regions, including Vietnam and Cambodia, providing necessary ground support as per business requirements.

1. US project team, design team, PPM factory, and Utility team.
2. Shoe factories, mold shops, and outsole suppliers.
