Tour Operator

Job title: Tour Operator in charge of logistic

Major responsibilities:

-     Key task: Vehicles check/book /assign on our system

-     Work closely with car companies for best prices, contracts, insurances

-     Study and research market to find good vehicles at good prices esp new models, luxury cars for VIP or even very VIP customers

-     Office technical handling such as Audio headsets, charge battery, maintaining and report

-     IT work, helps others “staff computers, fix problem, or contact computer company to support (optional if possible)”

-     Wheelchairs handling for special clients who need it

Note: this description including the mentioned duties/extended duties can be extend during assignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-    English skill

-    Computer skills: advanced application skills in all Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and Lemax applications.

-    Discipline at work, enthusiastic and eager to learn new things.

-    Maintain and develop good relationships with local vendors and suppliers

-    Search for new buses, cars, products, etc.

-    Good problem-solving skills.
