• 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support/ Sales Admin or related functions. Experience in promotion execution, merchandising, or supplier coordination is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Trade Marketing, distribution channels, and consumer-oriented activities. Knowledge of FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize, analyze, and summarize data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in managing data, reports, POSM, and promotion activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and external partners.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
• Willing to go on field visits when required to monitor and ensure execution quality.
• Passionate about Trade Marketing and eager to grow long-term in this field.
