Trade Marketing Executive

Main Tasks
- Support Trade MKT Manager in execution and evaluation Trade promotion program monthly
- Support to deploy POSM: Plan, coordinate with related depart/vendor to produce POSM and deploy to sale team
- Support to clear block stock & near ED product in warehouse: Plan and deploy Trade program + push sales to clear out all bad stocks
- Allocating product on time and exactly: Follow & tracking shipment weekly from Logistics Depart to allocate product based on guideline from Trade MKT Manager monthly

Admin Tasks
- Work closely in MOA system to create MAP, MAE

• Base on AP approval from Trade MKT make MAP right brand, right account
• Base on data from IC Depart make MAE right MAP
• Tracking budget of MAP monthly

- Supporting data analyst monthly:

• Extract data DMS monthly and make report AO, SO value rank by SKU/by region
• Tracking Sale performance weekly/monthly
• Tracking Trade program weekly/monthly

- Tracking FOC product

• Collection & booking FOC product for GT, MT, MKT team monthly
• Transfer & tracking FOC code for Trade team monthly

- Others admin task if any

- Graduated University in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 year experience in Trade Marketing or Sale admin in FMCG field
- Strong understanding of business discipline and GT channel
- Planning and data analysis skill
- Good communication skill both in Vietnamese and English
- Expert on Microsoft Office
