Trade Marketing Lead (Promotion Management)

Drives commercial profitability and optimization through rigorous design, evaluation, and mathematical modeling of promotions and customer tiers. This role owns revenue growth management (RGM) and sales forecasting to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and minimize trade spend leakage.

• Promotion Planning & Evaluation: Design national/regional promotional architecture, execute and conduct pre & post-activity ROI reviews.
• Channel & Customer Modelling: Structure cost-to-serve financial models, customer tiers, and commercial margin across segments.
• Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Optimize the 4 pillars of RGM: Pricing architecture, Pack-Price architecture, Mix optimization, and Trade Spend efficiency.
• Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with Finance and Sales to provide bottom-up baseline and promotional lift forecasts.

Education

• BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Promotion Planning/ Revenue Growth Management/ Finance Analyst & Business Partner roles
• Career focus in Category Trade Marketing and cross-functional commercial support
