Trade Marketing Operation & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns for GT Off Channel.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams and distributors to ensure effective and timely rollout of programs.
- Manage program logistics, documentation, and communication flow to ensure smooth implementation.
- Track execution status and consolidate reports from the field to evaluate performance and compliance.
Budget & Planning Support
- Assist in preparing program budgets, payment requests, and post-program reconciliations.
- Ensure proper tracking and cost efficiency of trade marketing spending.
- Maintain program trackers, timelines, and documentation to support annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Data & Performance Tracking
- Support data collection and analysis for trade program performance.
- Consolidate sales and execution data to provide insights for optimization and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market updates with the team.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure all trade marketing activities are aligned and well-executed.
- Liaise with agencies and vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.
