Roles and responsibilities:
1/ Trade Event Promotion & Mailer (40%):
- Plan and execute trade promotion programs (gifts, vouchers...) for campaigns and new store openings.
- Plan and execute events, activations and customer engagement programs at stores and shopping malls.
- Design, manage mailers, leaflets and POSM materials to stores.
- Coordinate with related departments to collect promotion information and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitors
2/ Visibility & Brand Execution
- Manage visibility materials including LED, POSM, standees, displays and branding assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across stores, website, social media and e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for production and installation.
3/ Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze reports on campaign performance, sales results and visibility execution.
- Monitor marketing budget and recommend improvements.
