1. Take all responsibility for the sale performance of GT assigned. Closely working with GT Sales to achieve the monthly target from the company (often the Sales Target)
+ Working with the GT Sales Team to prepare the Sales Plan on a weekly/monthly.
+ Daily tracking of Sales Performance to find out problems and propose action plans to solve them.
+ Always looking for potential growth-driving activities to increase sales performance.
+ Cooperating with other departments to deploy Trade activities. After that, drafting the evaluation to find out the key learning for the next activities.
+ Monthly preparing sale performance reports for each GT area.
+ Trade visit & preparing market report (every 2 weeks).
2. Tracking inventory
+ Reviewing the current inventory in the company’s warehouse, combine with the production plan to ensure sufficient inventory to deliver to customers as Sales Plan. Especially the items running a promotion.
+ Tracking long-aging stock, high-level stock (compare with average sale performance) to propose a sale plan/activities to clear/reduce the stock level.
3. Budget Management
+ Updating all actual expenses & tracking the spending progress for each GT area (promotion cost, trade activities cost,…).
4. Other paperwork, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Knowledge of sales, market, and distribution models.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the FMCG industry is preferred).
- Good command of English (email writing and reporting).
- Basic Excel skills are required.
- Data analysis.
