Develop and execute promotional campaigns, point-of-sale displays, and trade activations for existing and new products all channels (TT, MT, Horeca).
Ensure the successful deployment of these programs in line with monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Monitor and Report Program Progress:
Manage and track the progress of trade marketing activities (promotions, displays, accumulation, product launches) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Prepare detailed reports on program performance and KPIs.
Budget Management:
Oversee and manage the budget for trade marketing programs, ensuring adherence to financial plans and cost control.
Competitor Analysis:
Regularly monitor and report on competitors' products, pricing, promotions, and trade activities to identify market trends and insights.
Market visit
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with sales team and Marketing department to implement consumer promotions, in-store activations, and POP equipment according to the assigned brands.
Event/activation coordination
Coordinate and execute in-house and outdoor events at partner venues.
Assist in organizing co-branding activities, such as seminars, workshops and sponsored events.
Supervise the creation, production, distribution, and display of promotional materials.
Collaborate with designers to create compelling promotional artwork.
Ensure smooth event operations

Perform other duties within the scope of expertise as requested by direct management.

1. Requirements:
- 5 years + of experience in at the same level in Trade marketing with an international FMCG (food, pet food)
- Able to share expectations with peers.
2. Skills
- Proven experience as Trade Marketing.
- Proven experience in project, campaign management to deliver assigned works on-time in-full.
- Knowledge of Trade Marketing.
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to conduct research and analyse data.
- Ability to work across teams in a fast-changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Power Point/Excel.
- Fluent in English and ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
- Presentation Skills.
