Objectives
The Trading Executive plays a key role in supporting the operational activities of the Trading department. This includes managing advertising accounts, handling procurement tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role requires coordination with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Job Description
Advertising Account Management Support
- Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing advertising accounts on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Perform fund top-ups, track spending, and verify billing to ensure seamless ad operations.
- Support the Trading team in handling account operations, resolving payment issues, and troubleshooting account-related problems.
Internal Procurement Management
- Process internal purchase requests and evaluate suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to optimize costs.
- Ensure timely delivery, correct quantity, and required quality.
- Handle supplier issues like defects, delays…etc
Document & Internal Process Management
- Review, compile, and process vendor-related documents (invoices, contracts, and payments).
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of ad expenses and payment documents according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting (FA) team to verify financial data and ensure timely payments.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (Account, Media, Finance, Vendor) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Trading Manager with additional tasks as required.
