• Identify training and development needs through discussions with departments and performance evaluation results.
• Support the implementation of annual training plans and training calendars.
• Coordinate and conduct internal training programs, orientation training, workshops, and skill development activities.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, training evaluations, and related reports.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and training databases.
• Ensure employees complete mandatory and required training programs.
• Assist in developing training procedures, policies, and standard training materials.
• Coordinate external training programs and work with training vendors when required.
• Support employee development and leadership development initiatives.
• Work closely with the Employee Relations team to support employee engagement, retention programs, and internal activities.
• Participate in retention analysis and action plans to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
• At least 1 years of experience in Teaching, Training & Development or HR.
• Experience in conducting internal training programs.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
