Mô tả Công việc

* Responsibilities:

  • Design and directly conduct training programs for the HSV and branches as requested
  • Develop teaching materials for the HSV and branches as requested
  • Plan annual training schedules and courses based on the training needs of the HSV and branches as requested
  • Design and innovate all course: Develop & System
  • Build outlines, lecture content, and methods
  • Establish training quality assessment
  • Enhance the PDCA cycle for courses
  • Develop a process for surveying and assessing training needs
  •  Ensure the quality of skill training programs and onboarding training at the HSV and branches as required
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of training activities implementation by the team
  • Guide and provide advanced training to enhance the capabilities of responsible team members
  • Plan and implement an internal broadcasting program
  • Survey and assess the need for improvements in the working environment at HSV and its branches upon request.
  • Develop and implement plans for activities to improve the working environment.
  • Coordinate with departments to implement activities related to building the working environment.
  • Design content and images for internal communication and social media to promote activities related to building an excellent working environment
  • Report the results of GWP activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Education Management, or related fields.

2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent in the field of training and workplace environment development.

3. Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Training skills, English Skill.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).

• Event organization skills are an advantage.

4. Personal Attributes:

• High sense of responsibility.

• Meticulous, careful, and able to work under pressure.

• Creative and proactive in work.
