Training Officer – Academic

- Collaborate with teachers, TAs, and/or co-teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

- Co-working with training team (HTs, VAMs, SAOs) to create training materials, and conduct training for teachers, AOs, TAs, and interns
- Co-teach at assigned school(s);
- Work with project leaders to create/revise working procedures and academic materials.
- Take part in projects as a supporter when required.
- Being responsible for any other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Maths, English/ESL or educational field;
• Having a Master’s degree in Education, TESOL or Applied Linguistics is preferred;
• Having an IELTS general band score of 7.0 or above in which speaking and writing scores
  are not lower than 7.0;
• Having a teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, TKT, CELTA, etc.) if candidate does not hold
  a bachelor’s degree in TESOL;
• Prior teaching experience is a plus, not a requirement;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Classroom management skills and technology skill;
• Good understanding of all iSMART programs and materials
• Be flexible to solve problems within 24 business hours.
• Having at least 3 years of teaching experience;
• Having at least 1 year of working experience at public school;
• Having experience working with teachers of different nationalities and cultures.
