Training Specialist (Call Center)

Location: QTSC1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Time working: 5 days/week, Rotating shift (having nightshift)

What you will do:

- Provide training for new hires to help them to be well-equipped with program knowledge & soft-skills, preparing them for real life situations.

- Support in doing Quality Tasks during off-peak season, including auditing, joining weekly & monthly calibrations, conducting coaching session in order to maintain agents' quality.

- Identifying and resolving quality issue, addressing root causes in order to build an appropriate action plan in order to maintain SOPs

- Prepared new hires for obtaining and maintaining employment by training coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills to utilize in a professional setting.

- Trained and validated of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed.
