1. Main Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between foreign supervisors/managers and Vietnamese workers.

• Provide accurate interpretation among English, Chinese, and Vietnamese to convey work instructions, production requirements, procedures, and related information.

• Support daily communication, meetings, training, and problem-solving activities on site.

2. Administrative & Assistant Support

• Assist with administrative (admin) tasks of the department, including preparing documents, reports, emails, and internal notices.

• Support tracking, summarizing, and reporting work progress as requested.

• Act as an assistant to the Department Manager, supporting scheduling, meetings, and other assigned tasks.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure information is communicated clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager or Management.

- Tiếng Anh và Tiếng Trung giao tiếp thành thạo

Good English and Chinese communication skills
