  • Manage and control production plan to achieve delivery date, productivity and required quality standard.
  • Assign responsibilities and provide on-the-job training for the team and relevant staff.
  • Improve productivity, quality and production process.
  • Settle issues arising in the production process and propose solutions.
  • Other jobs related to production activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in garment industry.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Preferred major: Garment technology or fashion design...

  • Experience: worked in a similar position at a manufacturing/garment company
