-          Be able to understand drawings and specifications;

-          Take off quantity of Pilling, Substructure, Superstructure, Architectural works;

Tính khối lượng các công tác về phần cọc, Kết trúc phụ, Kết trúc thượng tầng, Kiến trúc;

-          Reach a high standard in measurement;

Đạt tiêu chuẩn cao trong tính toán khối lượng;

-          Be able to understand and measure CFA accurately;

Có thể hiểu và đo lường CFA chính xác;

-          Make partially Bill of Quantity (BQ);

Lập biểu khối lượng từng phần (BQ);

-          Be able to build up unit rate when required;

Xây dựng đơn giá khi có yêu cầu;

-          Be able to assist to prepare Tender Document, Contract Documentation, Cost Estimation, Cost Plan and other reports;

Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ thầu, tài liệu hợp đồng, dự toán chi phí, kế hoạch chi phí và các báo cáo khác;

-          Assist to prepare partially Pre-Tender Estimation;

Hỗ trợ xây dựng một phần dự toán trước khi mở thầu;

-          Contact vendors and collect quotations.

-          University graduate

-          Knowledge and experience of construction market is essential

-          At least 3-4 years MEP Quantity Surveying experience

-          Be able to communicate in English

Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh

-          Be able to manage deadlines, work independently to carry out the task and meet deliverable expectation

Có khả năng quản lý thời hạn công việc, làm việc độc lập và đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc

-          Willing to work overtime / at weekend to fulfil the pending tasks or urgent requirement
