Mô tả Công việc

  • Responsible for overseeing the Company’s Administrative and Front Desk operations, including but not limited to facilities management, office supplies administration, and coordination of company events;
  • Preparing the annual budget for recruitment, training, salaries, and relevant human resource costs for submission to the Board of Directors (BOD) for approval; conducting recruitment and training activities according to the approved plan;
  • Processing monthly payroll, allowances, and other employee benefits;
  • Handling mandatory Social Insurance procedures and assisting employees with Health Insurance and Accident Insurance procedures;
  • Implementing and consolidating performance evaluations and conducting year-end assessments;
  • Reviewing, updating, revising, and developing internal rules, regulations, and policies to comply with legal changes and operational needs;
  • Reviewing and updating the Company’s salary scale and job grading system in line with legal requirements and business operations;
  • Being responsible for protecting the confidentiality of employees’ personal information;
  • Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports required by relevant government authorities;
  • Performing other tasks as instructed by the Board of Directors and the Board of Management, in accordance with the functions and objectives of the department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Knowledge: University
  • Key Knowledge: Major in Business Administration, Human Resource Management
  • Experience: At least 05 years experience in the same role
  • Foreign Language (English): Fluency in English in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing. 
  • Decent legal knowledge in relevant fields.
  • Office computer skills: Proficiency in office softwares.
  • Soft skills:

          + Be careful, honest, able to manage work effectively;

          + Take initiative in work; withstand the pressure of work.
