NOTE
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance
Fluently in English, especially in communication (candidate will be interviewed by English)

In charge of checking all kind of taxes, period closing (AR&AP), general ledger, tax inspection
Check all monthly, yearly tax reports (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT) made by team members
Work with Tax Office for tax related issues, incharge of tax inspection, tax audit
Coordinate with consulting company to prepare Transfer pricing Local file.
Update new tax laws, analyze the impac on company, give tax advice to business partner
Control AR report including sales, aging debt analysis, bad debt provision, sales allowances for customers
Ensure all data in AR/AP vouchers complied with all Vietnam regulations, check all GL related to AR/AP
Control accurual expenses, monthly allocation of prepaid expenses
Check AP/AR closing period, year end balance confirmation for accounting audit purpose
Work with related department for internal control process for AR/AP & Tax (checking & improvement)
Ensure group,internal management reports are prepared within deadlines
Coordinate with External Auditor & others Team Leader for quarterly & year-end Financial Statement (IFRS/VAS)
Support and instructing to team members to complete their tasks

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance
