1. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Operations
Lead and develop the New Car & CPO sales teams to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Oversee daily showroom operations, including vehicle display, demo management, and customer interactions.
Support staff with complex customer cases and fleet contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz Retail and pricing standards.
Planning & Performance
Define sales and marketing targets for all MB products.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales performance to drive business growth.
Monitor sales turnover, market share, and team performance.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular appraisals and propose variable compensation.
Ensure all team members meet MBV training and certification standards.
Customer Experience & Quality
Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.
Lead complaint management and communicate product quality concerns.
Maintain high showroom and service quality standards.
Sales Training & Communication
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training on MB Brand, products, and soft skills.
Keep sales materials, brochures, and systems (e.g., Autoline) up to date and accessible.
Share market insights and key communications from Dealer Principal with the team.
Key responsibility:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Retail
Strong leadership, analytical, and customer service skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English; familiar with DMS and Salesforce systems.
