Trưởng phòng Vận tải Container

• Quản lý, phân công và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động của đội xe container, bao gồm đội điều phối xe và quản lý tài xế, nhằm đáp ứng kế hoạch vận chuyển của Công ty một cách nhanh chóng, hiệu quả và tối ưu..
• Lập kế hoạch điều phối phương tiện phù hợp với kế hoạch vận chuyển, đảm bảo tiến độ giao nhận hàng hóa.
• Theo dõi, kiểm soát quá trình vận chuyển; chủ động xử lý các sự cố và tình huống phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện.
• Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ vận chuyển.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động vận chuyển diễn ra thông suốt.

• Manage, assign, and supervise all container trucking operations, including the dispatch team and driver management, to ensure the Company's transportation plans are executed efficiently, promptly, and cost-effectively.
• Develop and implement vehicle dispatch plans in alignment with transportation schedules to ensure timely cargo pickup and delivery.
• Monitor and control transportation operations, proactively resolving issues and handling unexpected situations throughout the delivery process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation service providers and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted transportation operations.

• Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điều phối hoặc quản lý vận tải.
• Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, điều phối phương tiện và xử lý tình huống linh hoạt, hiệu quả
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp công việc và làm việc nhóm tốt.
• Có khả năng tính toán, sắp xếp hàng hóa và tối ưu phương tiện vận tải.
• Chịu được áp lực công việc, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination or fleet management.
• Strong planning, vehicle dispatching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to operational challenges.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to calculate load capacity, arrange cargo efficiently, and optimize vehicle utilization.
• Able to work well under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
