1. Execute sales strategies to maximize market share. Responsible for achieving sales in line with company targets

5. Work directly with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the FMCG industry, MT and HRC sales channel, Canned Foods products
6. Interact with existing Customers/Distributors/Vendors, regularly to gain feedback on quality and services
7. Raise company's product awareness by working with marketing and transportation and logistics teams
8. Inspiring, motivate, coaching, develop sub-ordinate to deliver business objective & personal development plan.
9. Courage & actively give and seek for feedback from line manager and colleagues
10. Analyze sales data and present monthly sales analysis
