[Tu Son, Bac Ninh] Microbiology Lab Technician

Đảm bảo, vận hành phân tích vi sinh trong thực phẩm- thức ăn chăn nuôi và môi trường/ Microbiological analysis in food, feed and environment samples.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Hoàn thành tất cả công việc được giao trong ngày/ Complete all of the routine tasks that have been allocated.
• Đảm bảo chất lượng phân tích: chuẩn bị môi trường, hoá chất, thuốc thử, và mẫu thử nghiệm/ Ensure the production process: prepare media, chemical, reagents and samples
• Phân tích mẫu theo quy trình và báo cáo kết quả/ Analyze samples according to the recorded protocols and record result
• Đọc, trả và đảm bảo chất lượng kết quả trên hệ thống phần mềm LIMS/ Study the results and enter them under the LIMS
• Tham gia phát triển và phê duyệt phương pháp, đảm bảo chất lượng và sắp xếp công việc/ Participate (if possible) in the development and validation of analysis methods, in the quality approach (metrology for example) and in the evolution of the organization of work.
• Kiểm soát vật tư tiêu hao, đảm bảo sẵn sàng cho phân tích/ Keep up to date the stocks of consumables, reagents and materials necessary for the proper functioning of the works
• Hoàn thành tất cả công việc được giao trong ngày/ Complete all of the routine tasks that have been allocated.
• Đảm bảo chất lượng phân tích: chuẩn bị môi trường, hoá chất, thuốc thử, và mẫu thử nghiệm/ Ensure the production process: prepare media, chemical, reagents and samples
• Phân tích mẫu theo quy trình và báo cáo kết quả/ Analyze samples according to the recorded protocols and record result

• Hoàn thiện hồ sơ quy trình theo hệ thống chất lượng/ Complete documentation in compliance with the standards of the Quality system.
• Vận hành, duy trì và tuân thủ hệ thống ISO 17025 tại phòng thí nghiệm vi sinh/ Maintain ISO 17025 system at Micro department
• Tuân thủ các quy định an toàn và vệ sinh môi trường làm việc/ Observe the safety, hygiene and environment instructions

Trách nhiệm quản lý (nếu có) / Management duties (If any)

• - Quản lý production, TAT, chất lượng PTN/ Production, TAT and quality management

  - Quản lý chi phí/ Cost management

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):  

• Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong PTN sinh học phân tử/ At least 2 years of experience in molecular laboratory.
• Nắm vững các kỹ thuật phân tích vi sinh truyền thống & sinh học phân tử / Laboratory testing traditional skills and molecular skills.
• Nắm vững nguyên tắc, thao tác vận hành thiết bị PTN/ Master the principles and operations of laboratory equipments.
• Hiểu biết, vận hành, duy trì và tuân thủ hệ thống ISO 17025 tại phòng thí nghiệm vi sinh/ Knowledge of ISO 17025 and applicable regulatory standards.
• Có kỹ năng tổng hợp, phân tích, xử lý vấn đề và giải quyết khiếu nại khách hàng/ Have skills in synthesizing, analyzing, problem solving and resolving customer complaints.
• Có thể làm ca gãy, và cuối tuần/ Be willing to work extra hours or shifts.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):    Đại học, cao đẳng ngành: Sinh học, công nghệ sinh học, thực phẩm hoặc liên quan/ Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Technology or equivalent

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):   Giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành/ Language communication, reading and understanding specialized documents.
