Mô tả Công việc

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's services, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth by creating sales opportunities and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous telemarketing, customer service, appointment-setting, or sales support experience is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Working hours follow Australian business hours.
  • Schedule may vary depending on the Australian state and daylight saving time requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Telemarketing

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company's services.
    • Identify customer needs and qualify potential sales opportunities.
    • Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
    • Build positive relationships with potential customers through professional communication.

    Appointment Setting

    • Schedule appointments and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
    • Coordinate appointment details and ensure all necessary information is communicated to the sales representatives.
    • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.

    CRM & Data Management

    • Accurately enter and update customer information, call records, and lead details in the CRM system.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer databases.
    • Track lead status and follow-up activities.

    Reporting & Call Monitoring

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
    • Monitor call outcomes and maintain records of key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Report lead generation results, appointment-setting performance, and sales opportunities created.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve telemarketing effectiveness.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of outbound calls completed.
    • Number of qualified leads generated.
    • Number of appointments scheduled.
    • CRM data accuracy and completeness.
    • Call conversion and appointment attendance rates.
