Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, annd user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own Platform Design System and continuously champion the growth and adoption of the Design System, ensuring design consistency and efficiency across all platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand understand user needs and pain points. Translate those insights into innovative ance effective UIX solitions that prioritize user satisfaction and business goals.
  • Partner effectively with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders throughtout the design process. Clearly communicate dedsign decisions and influence stakeholders based on user researchh and data-driven insights
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative design.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

A. Knowledge, Experience

  • Qualification: BA or Master (preferred). Major: Economic, Banking, Marketing, Technology
  • Experience:  At least 02 years of experience at similar position at e-commerce companies, Digital Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech, Edutech, Insutech, etc.
  • Language: English (Fluent in Listenning - Speaking - Reading - Writing)
  • Understanding the company's products, services, and policies: Deep understanding of products and services of the Consumer Finance and Banking Sector

B. Competencies and professional skills

  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Sales to ensure customer experience strategies seamlessly implemented.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve customer experience and business processes.
  • Communication & relationship- building skill
