[Urgent] Senior QC (Garment/ Fashion/ Fabric) - Hanoi (thường xuyên đi công tác tỉnh)

1. Quality Control Management:

• Oversee and manage all quality control activities during production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, policies, and best practices for the entire garment manufacturing process.
• Monitor the entire production process from raw material sourcing to finished goods to ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests of garments at various stages (e.g., fabric inspection, in-line inspection, final inspection).

2. Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and mentor the QC team to ensure they are well-equipped to perform inspections and quality checks efficiently.
• Provide ongoing feedback to team members, ensuring they follow quality standards and meet production goals.

3. Problem Solving:

• Identify potential quality issues and address them proactively by investigating the root cause and implementing corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality, providing solutions and preventive measures for similar issues in the future.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management and buyers, including quality performance metrics and any issues that need attention.
• Document any deviations from the established quality standards and ensure that corrective actions are taken.

5. Supplier & Vendor Coordination:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components meet required standards.
• Perform incoming inspection on fabrics, trims, and other materials to verify their conformity to quality requirements.

6. Process Improvement:

• Continuously review and suggest improvements to the production processes to enhance overall product quality.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, machinery, or technology upgrades that can improve quality control efforts.

7. Audits and Inspections:

• Lead internal and external quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes and systems.
• Ensure products are inspected at key stages (in-line, end of line, pre-shipment) and passed to meet specifications before shipment

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in a quality control role within the garment or fashion industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabric types, stitching techniques, and industry standards.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify minute defects and assess overall product quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with production teams, management, and clients in English.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Education: A degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field is preferred.
