[URGENT] Site Solution Engineer

1. Spot check on the delivery site quality, subcontractor qualification (check subcontractor training certificate), and EHS.

2. Perform batch spot check, output quality spot check report, and trigger acceptance.

3. Track issue improvement and closure.

4. Perform process KCP self-check at the project level and output the QC checklist.

5. Adapt the SOP in the project and promote the implementation

6. Involve in RAN site survey, design for hardware installation (indoor & outdoor installation solution) such as BBU, RRU, antenna, power, grounding installation.

7. Output site auxiliary material solution such as power cable, optical cable, grounding cable, grounding bar, mechanical antenna bracket

•       Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study

•       Good knowledge at mobile network site structure, such as indoor site, outdoor site, CRAN site.

•       Good background of site tower structure such as GMT, self-supported, rooftop towers

•       Able to use computer assisted drawing software such as AutoCAD, draw site layout, telecom equipment installation layout.

•       At least 2 years of experience working for major 3G/4G/5G RAN vendors

•       Candidates who possesses a Tower Climber working safety certificate have a great advantage

•       Have good background of low voltage electricity knowledge and experience and electricity safety.

•       Able to communicate effectively in English

•       Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point

•       Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks

•       Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

•       Ability to Travel as needed
