VB6 Developer

Our company is seeking a skilled VB6 Developer to join our team. As a VB6 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using Visual Basic 6.0. You will work with a team of developers and project managers to design and develop custom software solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom software applications using Visual Basic 6.0
Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing software applications
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in VB6 development
Strong proficiency in VB6 programming language
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with other programming languages such as C# or Java
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
