VICE GENERAL MANAGER (LAB TESTING SERVICE)

Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manger to direct and manage HQTS Vietnam business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

l Establishing the team for business development including market, sales and operation, and associate with top management and develop strategies and plans in line with business objectives in Vietnam.

l Implement Vietnam Lab.- wide company strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.

l Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.

l Initiating and managing the implementation of the all-round sales strategy.

l Accomplish the human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales and related persons.

l Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.

l Managing operation team and control the cost.

l Evaluating performance and productivity

l Generating reports and giving presentations.

l   At least 8 years of lab. operation, business development and market expanding in TIC industry. TIC industry will be preferred.

l   Having the professional knowledge and background of Chemical Industry.

l   Excellent listening, writing and cross cultural communication skills.

l   Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.

l   Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.

l   Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.

l   Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.

l   Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.

l   International travel is required.

l   English advance.
