Vice Manager, Design Management

Receive task assignments and any instructions of Department Head and/or BOD (if need).

Establish, monitor and control execution of Design works, Consultants, and individual team members.

Review and verify all design documents, reports, proposals prepared by Design team and Consultant.

Coordinate with relevant members of Company/other departments to ensure smooth work collaboration.

Work with Authorities and any other related Parties to obtain appraisal/approval of Design documents, submissions.

Design change managements and assessments with consistent and accurate records.

Report (daily, weekly and monthly) to Department Head and/or BOD (if need).

Staff training and Process improvement to continuously enhance performance and work quality.

Education: University Degree at well-known Universities subjected to Design fields. Master’s degree in design or project management is plus.

Experience

-        Over 10 years, and at least 03 years at similar position.

-        Leader experience of design management of Infrastructure works for large-scale Urban development project (at least 01 Project).

-        Having experience working with foreign Company.

Specialized skills

-        Design specialized to Infrastructure field: Transportation, Structure, MEP, etc.

-        Competent design management skills and experiences.

Soft skills

-        Intermediate to advance use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Autocad.

-        Intermediate use of Microsoft Project is a plus.

-        Intermediate to advance use of English for design and engineering working environment.

-        Good at communication and presentation skills.
