Visual Merchandise Executive ( Franchise)

MAIN ROLES:

• Responsible for implementing shop visuals and show window displays at Native, Furla, Geox, Pazzion and Primadonna stores in line with brand guidelines, as approved by the BOD and aligned with each store’s concept.

• Understanding the VM guidelines in English and translate to Vietnamese language; Ensure that the standards prescribed merchandises according to the brand image.

• Coordinating with Operation & Inventory/Merchandise Team to ensuring VM in store.

• Coordinated with relevant departments to design store layouts for new openings and brand additions, while working with contractors and building management to monitor construction progress.

• Monitor all the windows installation and ensure the decorated according to the approved layout for Furla, Geox, Native, Pazzion, Primadonna.

• Able to travel between head office and branches and may need to work at night, on

weekends.

• Implement Window display, Lightbox, Poster per season.

• Training VM guideline to all employees in store.

• Order VM props by quarter.

• Managing SOH of VM props.

• Report to Brand & Principal.

• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent creative and artistic abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
• Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
