** Warehouse activities:
- Contact with customer and receive information of cargo in/out daily
- Update information and report issue and trouble to customer
- Input data and report KPI to Customer
- Receive new request from Customer and send to related Department
** Cargo Management:
Doing for cargo Inbound/Outbound/Inventory as customer request:
- Receive docment from customer for cargo inbound/outbound
- Coordinate with Trucking to deliver cargo as schedule
- Hand over DO In/Out cargo to Operator
- Doing warehouse works for inbound/outbound as SOP
- Confirm to customer about cargo in/out by warehouse receipt
- Follow up plan of cargo inbound/outbound and inform operator doing
- Inform plan to trucking team and related section
** Report:
- Report cargo inbound/outbound with Customer
- Make and send irregular report related cargo In/Out shipment (if any)
- Control and Report inventory/cargo stock to Customer
** Payment charge
- Input Inbound/Outbound data into warehouse control sheet daily
- Report to Manager about complain of customers.
- Detail of job will be discussed in the interview.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in related field.
- Communication in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills.
