Receiving and Storage

·       Receive, inspect, and record incoming chemical samples, consumables, and laboratory supplies.

·       Verify quantities, labelling, and packaging conditions against supporting documents.

·       Ensure proper storage and segregation of chemicals and consumable materials according to safety requirements.

·       Maintain accurate identification and traceability of all inventory items.

Inventory Control

·       Monitor stock levels of chemical samples, consumables, and laboratory supplies.

·       Perform routine inventory counts and stock reconciliations.

·       Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions of chemicals and consumable items.

·       Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and expired products.

• High school degree (or higher degree)
• Experience in inventory management, laboratory operations, or warehouse activities is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of chemical storage and laboratory safety practices.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and inventory record management.
